The Wellness Hub

The Wellness Hub is a simple place to land.
A space to slow down, warm up, float, rest, and leave feeling more like yourself again.
We created it for people who live in their bodies. Surfers, travellers, movers, workers, thinkers, people who are tired, tight, overwhelmed, or just in need of a pause. Nothing here is rushed or overcomplicated. You come, you take your time, and your body does the work.
Think of it as a reset point. Somewhere between doing everything and doing nothing.

Sauna

The sauna is about heat, stillness, and letting go.
Heat helps muscles soften, joints loosen, and circulation improve. You sweat, you breathe, you
sit quietly, and things start to drop away. Many people find sauna time clears the head as much
as it eases the body.
Used before a massage, the sauna warms the muscles so the work can go deeper. Used after,
it helps the body absorb and settle the treatment. Either way, it’s a simple but powerful tool for
recovery, stress relief, and better sleep.

Magnesium Pool

The magnesium pool is where things really slow down.
Magnesium supports muscle function, the nervous system, and recovery, and soaking allows the body to absorb it gently through the skin. The water takes the weight off your joints and spine, giving your body a rare chance to fully relax.
Used before a massage, the pool helps calm the nervous system and soften the body; used after, it allows the effects of the massage to settle in more deeply and last longer. It’s especially good for sore muscles, fatigue, stress, or that wired-but-tired feeling. Many people leave feeling calm, loose, and quietly grounded.
